Owls Oil was founded by Luke Gavin, an Irish entrepreneur who spent years across the U.S. cannabis industry—from caregiving to extraction—before bringing those standards home. We started with a simple conviction: if you’re going to offer a legal alternative, it has to be clean, consistent, and transparent. That’s why every formula we make is designed for purity and verified by independent labs.

When regulations shift, we don’t cut corners—we adapt. As Ireland tightened rules on synthetics, we moved to focus on hemp-derived THCA that stays within EU legal limits at sale and delivers the classic experience when heated. Same commitment. Smarter path.
